Edit 05/24/2023 Almost every other time I try to login I will get an error message and I have re-enroll in the online banking. It will ask for my phone number even though I was just sent a code with the very same phone number. It is especially annoying when I have fingerprint signon turned on and it won't let me use it. Worked fine til newest update. Now it will not recognize my user name or password. Keeps locking me out and I have to call to unlock account.

Absolutely hate this mobile banking app. Can't log in. Can't do anything online on website. Why can't I be verified? Ridiculous that I now have to go back in the bank to reset this whole thing. I don't have time to verify everytime I update my phone and the app. My available deposit dates given for checks deposited is never correct. What use is a bank that is in no way able to be verified to connect to any of my other accounts. I went to this bank because I love the virtual teller.

Horrible app! It never saves my username, so I have to log in every time like I'm a new user. App won't let me use my fingerprint and says authentication required. After logging in they have to send me a security code to my phone to verify it's me, so I can finish logging in. Then I have to put my phone number in to enroll in mobile banking. I have to do all of these steps every time just to look at my account! I'm about to switch banks over this ridiculous app.
