I'm not sure where they got the phone number from for the 'extra layer of security' but it's certainly not mine nor did I provide that phone number at any time. This is my second time attempting to enroll in GBT online banking and accessing my account. Very disappointed.

easy to use and very helpful

I have been with GBT for years and I have never banked with a better bank than GBT. I love their platform and the GBT app; the app allows me to see my balance all transactions and also lets me know when it's time to change my password and how many days are left to do so. Not only that but the staff always helps me on phone calls with no attitudes or bad feedback. I am so glad I decided to trust GBT with my needs of banking and I trust this bank to the fullest.
