Same issues as everyone else. I have to uninstall the app and re-download it to even log in. This wasn't a problem a few years ago but I've had this issue for about a year and then some and it's still happening. It's a definite shame because some of us need to utilize the mobile apps. Hopefully it gets fixed soon otherwise I'll just have to start using a different bank that doesn't have this issue. And that makes me kind of sad.

Requires frequent password changes. Limit of 300 per day on Zelle. Worst of all 6 banking apps I use.

The enable fingerprint check just stays checked on. If I am in a hurry and forget to tap it to disable, it reads, error with id or password. So I start all over. It took me quite a while to figure out what was going wrong. Got locked out of my account several times for to many attempts.
