Most basic banking app I've ever used. Whoever created this app seems to never have a bank account before or even use one. It does not have the function to manage alert, transfer external option, receive secure messages on the app, ATM locators, can't even see your own bank account number!! All of these "extra" functions has to be done on a computer, which is inconvenient. The point of having a mobile app is to serve the purpose of making things easier for the customers. Highly disappointed!!

Thie issues have returned. The app never saves my session or credentials at all. More importantly, it forces me to use an OTP each time, and to re-register my phone number for the app. Every. single. Session. Absolutely no "psychological acceptability" can not be found in this piece of software. Its to the point where you're better off using your browser. You still have to login and OTP, but at least you won't have to re-re-re-re-re-register your number every single time anymore.

I have to uninstall and reinstall this app multiple times because of errors that will not allow me to log in. I revise my rating from one star to three because FNBOTN reached out to me within an hour of my review. They suggested some tips to help with the issue and advise that they were aware and working on issues. Great customer service on their behalf.
