I just started using the app and so far it's π. My main complaint so far would be in taking a picture of a check for express deposit. My other bank's app was so much simpler and clearer, so I know it's not my phone. Hope this will improve. Now, a year later, the picture seems clear enough. However, I have had problems logging into my account. A customer service person advised me to uninstall the app and reinstall. That worked, so I hope it continues to work. Update: logging in is working well.

Latest update has removed external transfer capability - WHY? And once again, as with every update, fingerprint login no longer works and get "Authentication required" every damn time, have to enter username, password, phone number, and ENROLL!?? I've been "enrolled" for 18 years! First It takes 3 tries to get an interest tax statement from you, then you take the app back to the most rudimentary functions possible. If anyone wants a major hassle and inconvenience, this is the app for you!!!! π

I really enjoy the app when it works, which is far and few between. I shouldn't have to keep Uninstalling just to make it work again. Never gives me notifications when I use my card. Gives me an error that the network is busy or bad request. Then when you have to sign in with security, get it texted to you, then it'll ask you to put your number in to enroll in text messages. I just want to be able to track my money without so many issues.
