I have had so many issues signing in. I use biometrics, it's fine, then it isn't fine. I try putting in username and password, the continue button is greyed out. A notification of a system being busy always pops up, sometimes preventing sign in. I end up going to the web. This app has been terrible since I started using it when it first came out. I will try uninstall and start fresh, but I doubt that will help.

This is the worst banking app. There seems to be some sort of a glitch with their log in and it locks me out weekly for 24 hours. But it doesn't tell you it's locking you out for 24 hours, so if you continue to attempt to log in then it just prolongs the issue. I'm so frustrated that I'm going to end up changing banks over this issue, which is sad because I love my local bank branch and tellers.

This app continually loses my sign info and biometrics. I'm always having to do the full log in with the user name and password. I've unistalled and reinstalled numerous times. When I ask USB, they tell me it's my phone. But this only happens with their app. I have several apps all connected to my fingerprint and never have an issue. UPDATE: Still happening even when the response was they hoped to have it resolved by the end of the month, which was October...
