Probably the worst bank and banking app I've ever used. You can't view your own account/routing number within the app you have to go online, if you forget you login credentials there is no way to get into your account other than to call which of course they don't open till 8am (when most people work) then close at 6pm (again, when most people close) so your SOL. I've had USAA and this is far worse than them.

Fingerprint access on Android doesn't work for more than a few sign ins, and then you have to delete and reinstall the app if you want to continue signing in that way. It has been this way for several years. So disappointing. Following a response from the team that releases updates stating that a newer version with better sign on options was available, there has been zero improvement in issues. I still have to uninstall and reinstall this app at least once a week because it bugs out.

edit: the best analogy I have is they took a car, brightened the exterior, and took away the ability to turn the steering wheel. I haven't seen a ui go from ok to just plain bad since windows start menu forced alphabet on us, grouping all of my categories into one pile
