Ratings and reviews

The app is very difficult to use. It forgets my fingerprints, it asks for a password and there is no way to ask for a password reset. Once in the app, the functionality is very limited. I can check balances and transfer money between my accounts. And that's it. I can't transfer to other banks, get statements, ask for card replacements, or any of the other functions my other bank apps do.

Crashed my phone. New update created a bug that prevented my phone from booting. It just kept trying to start over and over and over. Had to start my phone in safe mode and delete the app. The phone started up fine after app was deleted. Please fix the bug!

Same as everyone else says. App loses interest in allowing user to sign in biometrically. I have called bank a few times. They have no answers. My answer, get someone to fix it
