They don't have a good support team. Leave it to the fate whether you get or not, once you purchase anything using the points. They have a very lucrative offer of having all the points being added to a single platform , where people get trapped. The ultimate idea of the developer is to extract small amount of reward points from all account, so ultimately people don't feel cheated or find it futile to keep on enquiring with the back end, when their product is not delivered.

Worst app i have ever seen. I made a points of worth 340 rupees and made a recharge of 399 with it by adding remaining balance through debit card. It showed recharge failed and if points deducted it will be credited. But no amount deducted from my debit card but i lost points and now only few points worth 168rupees were present. I have sent mail but no response. And it doesnt show that failed transaction anywhere in the app. How could i send the transaction details. Very very good app for cheating people..

Unable to log in to my max get more account after I installed it in my new phone. Once the credentials are entered, it waits for some time and then says 'something went wrong, please try again later' No luck since the last one week. But at the same time I can login to the website using the browser. Tries clearing the cache and reinstalling the app. But it's the same.
