Ratings and reviews

Anytime I go to my profile and click My Orders the app will crash every time. It's been updated, so I am on the latest version. Not being able to see My Orders is literally the main reason I have the app, and it cannot even do that correctly. I have 2 Pre Orders that have been paid off and I'm trying to inquire about when they will ship.

horrible customer service pre ordered two items only received one and basically told oh well contact the mail provider. waste of money shame one me never will order from them again. Least offer credit, but hey, I get it you got your monies I got nothing.

The app is useless to verify my product. The app refuses to bring up the NFC scanner to scan my item to use the Forreal Verified authentication process. NFC is turned on, and developer mode is off, so there's no reason the scanner shouldn't be coming up. This is the ONLY reason I downloaded the app, so if it's the same for you save yourself the trouble and don't bother downloading.
