I'm always stuck with verifying the OTP code, they told me to send the message on Whatsapp so I could get my OTP code, but they never sent the code. I kept on trying several times but I received none. Also, I pressed report the problem regarding the OTP code but no one replied. This is very confusing, i can't even input the OTP code because I received none

Everything needs OTP and it always bug. I got my whatsapp blocked 3 times. ridiculous.

Just installed with an expectation to get an easier booking, but once it request to verify phone number to place booking it says : Internal server error. Please....a kind of hassle that should not be experienced for the first time using this app...
