really bad experience.. I booked 3 tickets but it is not reflected and not available too.... I just lost my money 💰 please assist for its refund!

horrible experience, qtickets app was good earlier. However, the current version is not good enough to book online or via iPhone or via latest Samsung phones.. pay button is hidden behind the tab, UX, UI is not self adaptive.
