terrible customer service and booking policy. the no refund no transfer policy is irritating for customers who have genuinely made a mistake while booking. never using this app ever again.

horrible experience, qtickets app was good earlier. However, the current version is not good enough to book online or via iPhone or via latest Samsung phones.. pay button is hidden behind the tab, UX, UI is not self adaptive.
