changing rating from 2 to 1 star based on the reply. generic reply from dev team is no solution of how bad banking with Samba App is. locating a samba branch and going there is easier than using this app. My only reason to bank with Samba is because it's next to my house. But I travel a lot and this App is not reliable. most of the times it doesn't open. sometimes it doesn't work on WiFi and you have to connect to phone data. if it opens, it's extremely slow.

The Samba Smart App is by far one of the worst banking apps I have ever used. It is extremely slow, constantly crashes, and the interface feels outdated and poorly designed. Logging in is a struggle every single time, and even basic tasks like checking balance or viewing transactions take forever to load. On top of that, the app is full of bugs. Samba needs to completely rebuild this app if they want to call it “smart.” Right now, it’s the opposite.

More complicated than the apps of other banks. I'm trying to open it since 8 am & it did not work till 8:30 am so I had to uninstall it but still the process is ruining my battery & am unable to uninstall it.
