The basic things aren't working, Not even sending the OTAC code to the email and having to contact support for it, like why the hell can't it work normally like other banks? No wonder no one knows about your bank and those who do have nothing good to say about you ...

the app is fine. but one complaint i have is the payment transfer receipt we receive after successful transfer. it's like it was designed by a 3 year old kid. one of the developers gave their toddler kid a project to do, that was to design the final payment receipt. the most unprofessional and laughable design i've ever seen of a commercial and serious organization. it should be a 1 page receipt with all the details clearly mentioned. update it asap.

The app doesn't load at all. I tried to use my laptop for online banking but even in that case a QR code is required which can be accessed only via the app. My login credentials are correct but whenever I open the app in my phone, it leads to a blank screen. A very frustrating experience. Please fix it.
