I've been stranded on weekends a few times because I couldn't transfer money between accounts for ATM use. The App simply didn't work and no one from the call center answered. Whatsap messages takes a few days before you get a reply. Customer service is very weak. The Speed App is alright once you can get in, so for that, i give a 2star. Over all as a bank, to be honest, am thinking of closing my account.

I've gotten stranded on several occasions because of this app. I usually travel to remote areas of the country for work purposes and there are no branches there. I'm not able to access the app and transfer to my momo account. I always end up borrowing and can sometimes be embarrassing. It's not convenient to use this app at all. I'm considering changing to a more reliable bank. If you're seeking reliability in terms of transfer, I don't recommend UMB.

This app sucks heres why: 1. Slow as hell. You can rather walk to the bank and get things done faster. 2. Navigation really really really sucks. I updated the app. Was logged out. Tried to login again and got logged out after recieving a One Time Code. Having difficulties logging in again. 3. App says its free to use with mobile data. THAT IS A LIE! At least on MTN. 4. Transfer to mobile money is rarely available. 0/10 would not recommend at all. Go to the bank!
