Other research on MBRP and similar approaches has shown reductions in relapse, emotional distress, and impulses.

edit : re-tried deleting and re-installing and now it is not allowing me to even logic. doesn't work completely. Love the concept, exactly what I need. However, the app doesn't actually block the apps properly. I have to open the blocked app 2-3 times for it to actually detect it and the pause screen to be shown.

Otherwise great other than the app not allowing me to check my account nor my habits, keeping me stuck on the meditate screen. Not sure if it's a bug or a premium locked feature, and in the case of the latter it should be written somewhere Once fixed I'll give 5 stars
