If you can, delete this app. It is useless. First of all you have to register and add a credit or debit card. Then once you register it brings you back to the log-in page but you are NEVER able to log back on with the app so I went to the actual website. Just as useless. I wanted to add 1 hr to my time but it only kept adding 15 min increments leaving me to have to keep adding 15min increments until I reached an 1hr. If I get a ticket I'm going to court to fight it. Desire a 0 rating! 😡

After you install, register, login for the first time, that's it, unable to login again. Doesn't exactly give one a warm and fuzzy feeling about having stored a credit card. But, what did I expect for a 1.8 rated app. 5/9/24: Just tried to use the website to pay. Error says to choose parking duration. I would if that were an option. Why any property mgt company would use these guys is beyond me. Awful experience in all channels.

Just use the kiosk, don't waste your time. After downloading this app, the parking UI wasn't working. I figured out that I needed to register, THEN add a credit card, then I could set my time to park. There were no errors or helpful messages walking me through this process. I assumed the app was broken. Finally got to parking, and I wasn't able to extend my time after purchasing my first few hours of parking. Devs, please do some usability testing.
