Worst service if I had option to change service provider i would have done much earlier. Filing complaint is waste of time as they close the complain without resolving it. Government must provide options to the citizens so that they get good service afterall we are not getting anything for free, we are the customers without choice.. Zero star rating is not available so I have to give 1 star here also no choice.😑

MPCZ wants us to kyc though this app. OTP never received by this app. You can ask samagra they send as many OTP you want but not through this app. No resend OTP option. God knows what MPCZ wants. There is no kyc option online.

I have downloaded this app for viewing my light bill online but whenever I download the bill. Pdf form of bill says does not support. they should work on this.
