While i appreciate the update on both the web and mobile app, the mobile app could be improved. I use this tool to both track billable hours, but also to track all of my time throughout the day. Some helpful improvements would be 1) Ability to enter start and stop time when adding a task (rather than the date/time and duration). 2) Set reminders at specific intervals (ie, every 4 hrs, or at specific times) 3) The ability to import it sync with a task manager (ie, ToDoIst).

Useless customer service does not listen. Just tells the customer that the request feature is not important .. Billing is the most important feature of your software. Get a clue about that .. All the time tracking in the world does nothing if my client is not happy with my billing. I don't get paid and I move my business to a software package that listens. "Add a checkbox to paid invoice to overlay a watermark that say paid in full" Really, if you can't do that then perhaps you

That app it's perfect for what I need. The design and funcionalities in general it's 10/10, congrats for all, guys. The only reason why I don't gived 5/5 stars is because the app it's to slow on requests, example by navigate between screens. Maybe implement "optimistic ui pattern" is the right solution.
