I availed their service to file my return and have been stuck for the past week. There are no progress updates, and the status is still showing as 'Under Review'. Unfortunately, they don't provide helpline numbers, and support tickets are automatically closed. Emails only receive automatic replies. Just a heads up, be aware before using their service.

After taking payment for the simplest of IT return (only tuition and interest income below 3 lacs..how much simpler can it get?), they could not file the return on some pretext or the other for almost a week! Worst, they have no customer care..their idea of customer care is redirecting you to FAQ page! No helpline number! After wasting 6 days with their app, I finally filed the return on IT Deptt site in 3 mins (not joking!). After wasting Rs 99, not worth wasting any more time with them.

it's a BHANKAS app!! I paid money, it returned from submission to errors. not telling what's the error it is impossible to connect with the customer care person as they don't care at all. earlier years ITRs are lost now and I am not able to get my previous 10 years ITRs anymore kindly remove the app from app store soon it's totally useless app
