I've never seen such a disgrace of an app - why is this even *existing* to begin with when it's not even usable? It wouldn't accept the same exact login credentials that work on the browser version - so even when you're on your phone, you still need to access an actual web browser because the credentials only work there. Apparently so many others have gone through the same thing. Again an extremely useless app, whoever is maintaining it obviously has no shame - it should be pulled out ASAP

(Updated Jan 2022) I have been trying to pay through the App as i have always done but the newly updated app always say NO INTERNET CONNECTION when in fact I do have a net connection (also by Sky). Bummer! Also (update) now I can't login via the phone app but I can log in via desktop. With the same information, the app has prevented me from logging in to pay my bill.

In spite of all the negative reviews, I still decided to download the app. Unfortunately, it seems that whatever problems they had since November are still not fixed, as the app cannot even open. Tried multiple times, and the same thing happens, it just crashes and automatically closes, so I can't even view anything on it. Uninstalled.
