It is indeed very hard to keep up with the quality and level of service. The more order they are getting, the more careless they are becoming. Even with 100% advance card payment, they are making delivery with items missing. The rider comes and leaves in a hurry, telling to contact customer care for the missing items. Then you keep calling customer care, get complaint ticket, and that's it! Nobody listens!

processing the order using an international credit card is a breeze with Naheed's portal. The choice of products and pricing is fairly reasonable too.

See it took days bit more than they said to deliver. but I still love this app because things I found nowhere,I found here. secondly, it is so user friendly made, that on each product it's written whether it will be delivered outside of karachi or not? plus I would like to thank and appreciate Naheed's team to bring out care and do what the popular huge names like imti_az and car_for are unable to do. 👏👏 as one has location limitations and other don't have much variety.
