Why can't I do a hold on this site. There's no customer service link in the app. I have to Google the Register and do a hold from there. That took a lot of wasted time, just hoping to find an answer.

Doesn't have the crime section like their website.

Way too many annoying scam adds. Many bugs. Needs an expert programmer to refine the bugs.
