Navigo One helps small businesses and field teams manage customers, track work, and stay connected — all from a single app.

RECORDS & MODULES
Organize any kind of business data with fully customizable modules. Create modules for customers, leads, vendors, invoices, or anything your business tracks. Each module has its own fields — text, numbers, dates, dropdowns, images, and more — so you capture exactly what matters. Filter records by month or by any date field, export to Excel in one tap, and send WhatsApp messages directly from a record.

TASKS
Create and assign tasks linked to any record or team member. Set due dates, priority levels, and recurrence. Tag people to watch a task and keep everyone in the loop — watchers get notified as the task progresses, comments are added, or the status changes. Tasks are grouped by due date — overdue, today, this week — so nothing slips through.

ATTENDANCE
Mark attendance from anywhere with GPS verification. Clock in and out, log notes, and flag site visits. Admins get a live team view of who's in, who's out, and who's on leave today. Each employee sees their own weekly and monthly summary. Attendance history is available in a dedicated log screen.

LEAVE MANAGEMENT
Request casual, sick, earned, or unpaid leave from the app. Approvers get notified instantly and can approve or reject with a single tap. Approved leaves are reflected automatically in the attendance team view.

TEAM CHAT
Send messages, images, voice notes, and files to your whole team in a shared company chat. Mention specific people to notify them directly.

DASHBOARD
See the numbers that matter on a configurable dashboard. Add KPI tiles that count, sum, or average any field across any module — filtered to the current month or a custom date range.

NOTIFICATIONS
Get push notifications for new task assignments, status updates, comments, overdue tasks, leave requests, and team chat messages — even when the app is in the background.

WORKS ON WEB & MOBILE
Navigo One is available as an Android app and as a Progressive Web App (PWA) so your team can access it from any device or browser.
