Ratings and reviews

If you're looking for an app to accuratly track hours on the job, then this is not the app for you. This app sucks! If it actually clocks you in like it's supposed to do when you get to the job, it won't keep you clocked in long. For some reason it likes to clock me in and out about every hour and a half. While doing so, it likes to throw hour long gaps in between the times that it has you clocked in. At the end of the day I have to go in and manually adjust the times to be accurate.

I tend to alternate between the desktop app (for Mac) and the Android app depending on what tasks I'm tackling. I do like seeing the timer right in front of me on my laptop, but the Android App is the better of the two. It feels less intrusive (screenshots) and reports are actually easier to read and review. Android app is robust and solid. It loads quickly and defaults to the timer, which is what you usually need it to do most. It does seem to chew up some battery power, but I think that's improving. Sometimes the crossover between the desktop app and the android app is not the smoothest (when switching between apps.) Editing (and reviewing) times is relatively easy, however. 4.5 out of 5 stars.

I'm still trying to figure this app out. Although it says it's like #1 when researching what app was the best. Unfortunately I'm already not quite enjoying it, it clocks me out doesn't pin point my location. There's no Customer Service at my finger tips, I have to email a request and play the waiting game. I wish they had a phone number available where I can talk to an actual person or a number at all for that fact and get the help I want when I need it!
