Hardly ever works. It's occasionally useable at best when it actually works. I have to uninstall and reinstall at least twice a day. Maps dont't work, routes disappear, orders disappear, won't function outside of 5g, etc. And considering I have to use it for work... Update: It has somehow gotten worse which I didn't think was possible. Map disappears, orders randomly disappear, nothing saves. It's absolutely absurd.

With the new requirement that we take pictures of all deliveries, it is hurtful that the application won't allow my camera to use its flash at all. Some deliveries take place in low light especially with a 6 pm sunset in the winter season. There should be either a flash toggle or the flash should always be on. Either of those is preferable to no use of the flash. Please fix this. It's pretty major Further, I think it's overkill to require a photo of deliveries made to the person in hand.

Very buggy app. The only way I could log a delivery so pictures would be included was to log the delivery, exit the app, and sign back in. Otherwise if I did not do this the delivery picture would disappear. Never have this problem with other delivery apps like DD and UE. Furthermore, following the so called optimized route takes many times longer than I can do and it even tries to get me to go through tolls multiple times over. (Running stock Android 13 on a Pixel phone.)
