It was a hassle to get setup, that I thought would be worth it once it was done. The app crashes everytime you try to look at your cart, installing and reinstalling doors not help. Always a wait for CS to answer your call. When I finally talked to someone, they told me they were no longer serving the Seattle area and would have to transfer my prescriptions back to my pharmacy. A week to transfer them, a week to transfer back, and I'm right back where I started. Don't waste your time, evidently they're not doing well and who knows when they'll shut your city down. Perceptions are not a place to play games, but evidently that's all this company wants to do.

This was the easiest prescription/medical task I've ever experienced. I got a text from nimble with the link to the app, installed it and all the information I needed was already in the app. I just had to tap through a few confirmations, sign and pick my payment method.

It does things i do not expect. The previous order went to delivery with no option for me to pick it up. This time i would have liked to use a different payment (credit card) but the app immediately defaulted to a past payment method. Very poor on offering important options.
