Flight updates are too delayed, it's been a full hour and the app is still showing outdated info on my flight. Had to check the airport terminal screen for accurate info.

Utterly horrific. They have e - gates which are of no use. Immigration lines take about 2 hours to clear as the officers engage in all sorts of conversations in the mean time of checking credentials. They treat you like we are doing them a favour by coming to their country. What a waste of resources and infrastructure. There are many complaints but they always turn a blind eye. Hope it changes ASAP. 🙏🙏🙏

Worst App... Not up to date almost all flight information... yesterday i have experienced... showing on time - but flight arrived, passenger is outside the flight and called me.
