Ratings and reviews

This app has potential however it continually reboots itself. The word training and recognition is about 95%. The problem is that the app functionability is just poor. I have called support and they blamed it on Microsoft however this started well before Microsoft had it's recent issues. I have a number of documents saved within the system and I am fearful that I may lose them in a uninstall reinstall scenario At this time I have no where else to turn about "Dragon Anywhere". Thanks

I use this app every day but it continually crashes on my Samsung Galaxy S24. I have reached out to support through the email provided here several times with no responses whatsoever in spite of trying to or three times in separate emails weeks apart with no reply. I'm posting a negative review here in the hopes that somebody will respond to what to do about the frequent crashing that the Samsung phone tells me to delete the app or put it in deep sleep. Please advise hopefully here

Called Dragon support earlier, turns out the login wasn't working because I had not received the activation email. So it took me calling into their support, for me to receive that necessary email. Despite the annoyance of that, I am now able to use the Dragon Anywhere App. So far it's decent, much better than how GBoard was working. Plus I appreciate that I'm able to "train" Dragon Anywhere to recognize words. The Dragon App still gets wording incorrect, but it's much better than the other!
