The app works well and I LOVED the upgrade to allow fingerprint log in...but then it suddenly wanted to use my irises (my eyes) to log in. it works less than half the time and is VERY frustrating. I just want to go back to being able to use my fingerprint bit no one seems to be able to help with this.

Love the new NW Preferred FCU app! Is smooth and works great on my Pixel 3 XL. Just used the Check Upload feature and it's so much better than the previous version. Great job guys 👍🏽. Also, I like the new account pop up feature on log in when I'm on the go and need to see my balance real quick.

Usually works OK except when I try to deposit multiple checks. Then it keeps making me re-take the photo as many times as I'll tolerate trying. Then I give up, log out and start over. Except for today when it's not allowing me to deposit more than one check.
