When an app, such as a banking or Credit Union app, works well you can give it 5 stars and when it fails you at the worst possible moment when you need it most you can let go as a rare anomaly. However when it happens again and again you can no longer trust the quality of service and the rating will plummet.

I get quick banking jobs done without waiting for long messages to end and repeating information for the recorded phone teller. Sometimes, the recognition widget can be a bit slow, but it's still faster than calling in.

for some reason my e pay bills are not being paid even though it says the status Succeeded . Now I have to go into the branch on Saturday cause the bank no longer has a late night. It all SUCKS
