This app is way too old for this day and age of technology. The reviews are horrible..please make the app more modern and user friendly, quicker log in, able to buy credit, no more Error Pinning Fail. Take the time to work on the app and updates, like other apps do. This only goes to show that the customers are not in your consideration. 0 Star

Most confusing, tedious, ambiguous banking app i have ever used. Nothing is clear and straight forward. Transfers are not clear and straight forward. Bank statementa are a guessing game because that too is not clear or straight forwards. Navigating the app is like walking through the desert at 12 noon in a sand storm. Please make this app simplier. Simple is good. Use Scotia app as example, super easy to navigate and so easy to read and understand. Make the effort for your customers!

Worst app. Keeps rejecting password and I can only login successfully if I delete the app then have it reinstalled. I tried calling customer service to see if this was an issue to be rectified, they only assumed it's a password issue, changed my password, SAME ISSUE I tried logging in on 2 other phones and the same issue occurred. EXTREMELY inconvenient, would not recommend this app to anyone.
