Ratings and reviews

At first the app was running well (the algorithm) but right now after trying to add a fine since of human interactive part I think there is a bug in terms of clearing , processing for loan increments and also Disbursement of the loans to the clients. You only require a slight review with the new implementation and everything else will be running smooth

Okolea is very good,interest rate is fairly reasonable.You pay on time,they give you instant credit increase, kudos UpDATE: The new app Leja does not offer loans, they keep saying the app is under maintenance since last year. I think they want people to use it to send and receive payments. By the way, it's a very well designed app that can give you an analysis of you mpesa transactions, but no loan even thought you are told you are qualified and the application was successful, but nothing sent

To be honest with you, no one can trust you with your application when it comes to monetary transactions. Simply because one minute your app works well and the other minute it's not working. Everytime I need to use it " sorry this service is unavailable, please try again later." When I try contacting, your lines are ever busy. Who does that! Kindly give us reliable application that we can trust.
