With 1Channel, you gain complete visibility into your field operations. The app helps you to collect all types of information from field including daily attendance, secondary and tertiary sales, stock availability, visual merchandising deployment images, store signage tracking, campaign execution etc. This information is validated through geo-location and time-stamp. The web interface is primarily used to set up the configuration options, to manage master data and to view real-time actionable reports and charts generated by in-built analytics platform.

very bad update.. can't go back in lead status for any correction... lead status date updated but not showing after sync...very disappointed and feeling frustrated 🥴

I'm highly disappointed with the performance of the Channel 1 app. It is extremely slow and often takes too long to load even basic features. The app is full of bugs and frequently throws errors while navigating or trying to complete tasks. Worst of all, it suddenly stops working without any warning, which disrupts my workflow and causes a lot of frustration. It badly needs optimization and a proper update to fix these issues. I hope the developers take these problems seriously and fix it
