Ratings and reviews

Service is getting bad ,earlier it was good. Whenever I order through their app, many items get cancelled after accepting the order. However, the cancelled items are always shown on the app, but their customer care says that it is out of stock. Few other items also gets cancelled without any reason. I am posting on play store because this happened 5 to 6 times with me. Even after complaining on their whats app number, they dont do anything. bye bye Suvidha

Placing order is really easy and services too. What else one need However a problem occured last time. I placed an order to be collected from store. I paid for it and picked the goods. If items are missing or not available, user should get a call regarding this and he or she should be provided with alternate options for unavailable items.

I found this app very useful. Its interface is very easy and lets you select items from different catelogues. After placing order, the orders are once again confirmed by shop before. At this time one can delete or add new item. Shri Girish who has called us is very polite and helpful. The delivery of the items is also on time and date. No hassels. Excellent service during lockdown.
