Let's put it this way - this is NOT your everyday banking solution. It is extremely bulky and any button you hit, prepare to wait for 3 minutes and more until you see something happen on the screen. And if you want to see your transactions for anything out of the predefined ranges, prepare to lose your patience. It is, in fact, not possible. It keeps resetting the to date to the from date, rendering it thoroughly useless. Might even be easier in a physical office, heavens forbid!

The app is terrible, often taking an insane amount of time in order to access it. Constant slowdowns, errors, glitches and just overall trashy. The bank itself is also slow, I am frequently the last to get my paycheck because transactions through them can be delayed for quite a while. Their support is not 24/7 which is just unreal at this point. How can a financial institution not have full time support is beyond me. I am moving as soon as possible to a different one.

Poor experience - every time I login, I'm receiving some spam messages from the bank on top of the screen, so I don have an option to perform any operation from the app as I have to wait for the message to load and then read or close it. Not to mention that almost every time the spam message can't load properly and as a result I can't even continue to the bank operations in the app. Very poorly written application
