Ratings and reviews

Works sometimes and its helpfull but its filled to the brim whit bugs. Data is not ordered chronologically, data is showing and disappearing at random. Data filters are a joke, Last 10 transaction show 2 item xD Not really reliable. For a BANK this is not acceptable. Not a good feeling that you rely on this company to take care of your money! 3/5 is fair. Do better.

Changed my review to 1 because for the las year or two the app turned into a no use thing. Constantly lagging, denying logging in, constantly loafing operations or showing errors. I used to chose the band because of the better app but now things changed and I'm considering switching banks.

English menu is partial English. For utility payments, it's again in Bulgarian even when it's selected English. there are no details for transactions and overall app is very basic
