About this app

The CarsArrive Mobile application is a fully functional tool that allows an auto transporter and its drivers the ability to perform the following actions:

• Track and Review Assigned, Picked Up and Delivered Shipments
• Search by VIN and Load ID
• Create and store Electronic BOL and Proof of Delivery
• Record and report all status changes (Pick Up, Delivery, etc.)
• Email and fax completed electronic Bill of Lading and ePOD
• Establishes GEO Stamp (longitude, latitude, timestamp) on each status
change and signature event
• Enables photography of vehicle and embeds photos in ePOD and Inspection
• Records Loose Item inspections of vehicle
• Records damage to each panel of vehicle
• Obtain Signatures at pickup and delivery
• Review previous inspections
• Email and Fax copy of inspection

This app sucks and it has since I have been using it. There is always something wrong with, the last time i used it, app kept freezing up on me. You have to go through so much to mark damages on vehicles with their dumdass codes. They need to make it simple like all other apps and not so complicated. It needs to be reviewed and made easier. Time is money in my profession and the cars arrive app is not on your side. I HATE the cars arrive app!!!

UPDATE 3/30/2019: After installing and installing the latest version of the app it seems to be working well again. Update 2/22/19: The new version is not at all different. Still complete garbage even after the most recent update. Literally nothing changed. Wow. One of the worst apps I've ever used. Can't search for available loads without error message. It's only worked once for me. Complete garbage.

Does anyone read these reviews? And respond to the problem people are having? The app stops working while doing pictures, it will work for few cars and on the 5th or 7th car you take a picture and it will just keep spinning trying to load a picture, and nothing works to get it going again no phone restart or clearing cache, even reinstalling the app doesn't always work. Please get it fixed.
