Ratings and reviews

There appears to be no benefit of using the app over the website. In fact the website is much more functional and offers important tools such as the my account section. If all you're going to do is refer me to the website then just send me a link. The colors are mundane at best the formatting and the display feel stilted and chunky. Immediately uninstalled

Pointless, the app directs you back to the website. No bill review. Why have an app if its going to open up the website. Only good feature is you can report an outage. Not worth downloading until the app gets updated with things you can do within the app.

It says that the bug is fixed, but apparently it isn't. Still cannot report a streetlight being out. In reporting it , I try to and it says that the app has a bug still.
