My Orange is customers’ favourite self-care channel that allows them to manage their mobile lines, control their subscriptions, pay bills and recharge their lines easily and securely.

The app allows users to check the line’s validity date, balance, offer details, recharge it, renew the subscription before the due date, view & pay bills, buy bundles, transfer credit, and use the Emergency Credit.

It also offers them various customer service options like live chat with customer care agents, booking an appointment at shops service, and report & track issues.

Via the app, users can manage their rewards account “Tikram”, enjoy special deals and win prizes from the “Wheel of Fortune” game.

Ratings and reviews

I can't even enter the app if i put my mobile data on and wi fi of it gives me in error saying that I have to turn on wi fi and when I do it gives me another warning telling me you need to turn your wi fi off. And overall i do not see any advantage when you download the app you can see how much you spent from your gigas just by swiping down on your phones UI

UI is so bad to handle, when on wifi you cannot access to the account unless you lucky enough, like one in a million times.

Personally, my opinion is that in the future, it should be possible to change a data package to a voice package through the Orange app.
