Ratings and reviews

The refund calculations are not correct. And the same has been explained multiple times to the support team but the team does not seem to be ready to fix the problem. For every order, the refund value for less weight for each item is first floored to the lower integer (2.65 becomes 2) and then these integer values are added to come up with the total refund. So, if there are 4-5 items with less weight, the total refund amount gets reduced by 3-4 rupees. This amounts to big scam on a mass scale.

This is worst app I have ever used. Basically they are running a scam. Initially they will say add 750 and you will get 750 as reward bonus and that bonus amount is hardly used. Moreover, you cannot even withdraw your amount. Also, it's not cheap, rates are way higher than other apps in market like Bigbasket. Do not trust such apps. Just to add on, on every order there was a weight difference but difference amount never credited to my wallet.

They've stopped delivering at my location and they're not returning the money added to the wallet. I've initiated customer service calls multiple times and every time it says you'll receive a call in this many minutes but no call yet. been trying for about a month now. What was once a good experience has now turned horrible. Seems like they've run away with a lot of money from a lot of people. Check the comments left on Truecaller for their support number (mentioned in app info on Google play)
