Hi! I've been using otter now. Otter stopped our delivery apps services not too long but what I don't like is our SALES RECORD or ANALYTICS has been erased WITHOUT notifying us which we need for filing our quarterly taxes. Very frustrating and now we're stuck cause the people in charge doesn't know what to do. please respond to this otter because us business owners are stressing because of your policy or system which we are not notified even the AOM. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant. Combined all my third party providers Uber, Door Dash etc to come through this App for orders. App prints orders automatically to our business printer, so kitchen runs incredibly smooth.

Completely trash of a company. Their onboarding team took all the services offline and hasn't been able to fix it for a week and telling me they need another week. Anyone that knows what they are doing can only communicate via email. No escalation team to handle customer complaints. If you want to pay money for more work while your restaurant is making less, this is the app for you.
