Hi development team. The issues I'm experiencing are only ocurring on specific accounts ( new reg users) - school have recently joined Edulink One app. 1. When you try to login using valid email address and valid password it doesn't log in>>> the error message is displayed: login failed account disabled. However it does let you to login through google mail. 2.When you logged in and clicked on attendance the error message is displayed: Command Failed: overnet.MISlinkCommand

Recent my school switched from firefly to this app. Now the only way to sign in is clicking the sign in with Microsoft button not the regular way for some reason. Now when signing am I greeted by a nice layout and that's it for the positives. A few days ago the school was doing it account password recent for safety however due to issues with the keyboard the password was entered in a way where i don't know it. Unfortunately EduLink makes you manually sign in every time so yeah. Don't use this 😡

Okay so, edulink one is a very good concept, however, the app constantly kicks me off and asks for me to re-enter my login which is annoying but bearable, but by far the worst thing about this app is how often it crashes or claims to have been disconnected when I am very closely connected to the internet, this sometimes results in missing crucial information, such as the app (and browser login) being down all weekend so we cannot access homework! This is outrageous!
