Ratings and reviews

This was a great app. I use it frequently to monitor my electricity usage. However, since joining Ovo Beyond, all of my insights have disappeared. I used to be able to see where the electricity was being used, e.g, white goods, appliances on standby, heating, etc. Now, all I have is a message to update my profile to get accurate insights, which I've done over and over! I can't see any way to opt out of Beyond to fix this issue. Such a shame.

Used to be great. This used to be a fantastic energy app. Now it's just a muddled mess proritising pushing additional products. Update based on the reply from OVO. There's no outside adverts or pop ups. It's all OVO's additional products, boiler cover, solar panels etc, anything that requires me to give ovo more money. I just want to see my energy usage and how much it cost me in a simple, easy to navigate manner without having OVO's additional products rammed down my throat.

Every time I use the app I get asked to sign up for emails and its getting annoying. It's the same with content ads. Despite closing these in-app cards over 20 times they appear again and again. I did briefly give in and sign up to emails but they were too frequent. Its aggressive marketing.
