I like the app in its simplicity. We have an extremely slow internet where the cameras are installed but the app still allows us to navigate from one camera to the next. I would recommend this app to anyone seeking a remote access to getting a live look at the location up on whether it be a seasonal cabin, boat dock, or any other areas where surveillance is desired.

First year: Very little issues overall. For the price I think it is an excellent product. I bought camera from lidl and like the adverts, i got a lidl surprise. 3 years: slow to notify, sometimes disconnects from wifi for no reason even if close to the router. having changed a router and wifi settings one of the cameras simply stopped finding ssid signals and now resides in a box. very little information on these camera to repair and almost zero aftersales support. i won't be buying another.

Camera doesn't allow WiFi connection. Even after extensive troubleshooting with manufacturer and person hub technical help. Waste of my life. Update... Now working but signal is intermittent and times out continuously. When in settings, the connection knocks you off and doesn't save or let you return even after re-entering password. Come on Smartwares. Get smarter. Update... Now unable to connect at all. Just constantly attempting & failing. It's going back. What a joke!
