I despise this app and having to use this system at all. It's constantly a mess. Going and finding packages is a whole ordeal rather than a quick task. Things are often not where they're supposed to be, so you end up having to search the whole room. The app constantly logs me out and tells me my password is wrong when I know it's not. It's slow to respond when I do get logged in. The idea here is great. The execution, not so much. It really needs some work.

Being forced to use this service by our property management. It's an Awful app. Signed up for an account but it didn't send a confirmation email. Seems like the account is just stuck in limbo now. Also awful website as well. Just all sales related stuff. Have to dig to find out account management page. Edit: Worst app and service. Avoid apartments with this service.

The app is complete garbage. Currently having a login error that immediately logs me out due to "inactivity" even though I am trying to login on. Also, the app doesn't allow for saved passwords on android devices, so it's a huge pain in the ass to try an login when it logs me out. Not my first login issue either. I just want to pick up my packages! Also, why don't they use a QR generator/scanner instead of making me type in a passcode everytime I need to pick up a package.
