customer support is dumb. do add money on your risk, if anything goes wrong you have to bear the loss. they just say you to contact your bank while bank is saying that money successfully credited to merchant account. yes they give good commission on recharge but risk is yours. so better to go with any other apps that give just slightly less commission but having very good customer support

Please bring the option to withdraw the money as well. Once the money goes into the app, I am unable to withdraw it. Please bring the option.But we need to withdraw because sometimes the money remains in this app and we are not able to recharge it, so we need money. It is necessary that it has to be used somewhere You should give the option, when I have to recharge then I will add the money, but at the time of need I have to withdraw the money, please bring the option, please please

Commission is very less. Atleast give 2%. Also commission amount should not be added to main account wallet. It's hard to calculate total commission earned. please add commision wallet for commission amount.
