Ratings and reviews

Downloaded Zap because of the simplistic UI and lack of unnecessary features and it absolutely delivers. The ability to use my camera to scan an account number is a game changer. However, I can't scan account numbers that are further away like when I'm in a church hall or event center; I'm guessing due to camera API limitations but with CameraX API it would be nice to see a zoom feature and better preview quality. Also waiting to be able to link GTBank.

Horrible app. If I could give this app a zero star, I would not hesitate. This is the worst banking app by miles. the app keeps crashing each time you try to send money. I have even timed the crash to be 10 seconds each time. My money is stuck in the app and I cant get it out. There are barely any other features besides adding money or sending money. There are no phone numbers to contact customer care. The whole thing looks like a scam.Dear fidelity bank, this is unacceptable. You can do better!

Low quality UI and cheap interface and that's not even the main issue, the app was created to solve a problem that doesn't even exist. I use Fiber one broadband as an internet provider but after they hardcoded using zap for payment I had to switch to better services. unfortunately, it's safe to say I'm really disappointed.
