Although I am in HK with HK telephone number the application didn't want to install as my Google account was created and associated with UK. I had to use a different Google account to create it. I don't understand why such application should be country restricted.

The remember me function don't remember me. I need to re-enter my login and password everytime. The UX is not good. I am difficult to retrieve the medical card.

I am an android user. Worst app ever. Fail to take photo or browse any files This caused me cannot start to calim any form. The old one was better.
