Judges and Robot Inspectors carry mobile devices (tablets or phones) with this application to help them with their tasks. I can't speak highly enough about the FRC GMS app. It worked flawlessly at the regional and greatly simplified the paperwork for the inspection process. As a LRI it kept me updated on where we stood in the inspection process and I look forward to using it again next year.
