Really like the game...that being said customer service sucks. Absolutely horrible. I played this game made in app purchases and then after switching devices was no longer able to access my account. When I try to recover using email and account it says my email doesnt have account. When I try to setup account with that email it says there is already an account attached to that email. I send email's (Many of them) using contact support link in game. Every single email returns undelivered add

Awesome game, or it would be if I could progress at all. It keeps stealing/deleting all my exp, resetting me to 750 each time. I can't unlock any new planes or anything, because I'll get to 2-3,000, then I'll get the "unknown error" message and it's back to 750. I'll check back in a month to see if it's fixed, but in the meantime I'm done playing with bad planes.

Great game, I love playing it, but recently I have earned alot of xp, and have tried to buy aircraft, and it will take my xp and not give me the aircraft, I just exited out of the game, and when I came back I had lost 15,000 xp. In total I have lost close to 100,000 xp because of this glitch or whatever it is, I hope they fix this soon because it's very annoying and the only bad thing about this game.
